With a passion for brand-led, technology-driven solutions, David is an ambitious creative facilitator and strategic communications pro. A healthy obsession with great creative and design has seen David manage a design studio in New York, and head up in-house strategic design services at Johnson & Johnson.

His experience across corporate, consumer, FMCG and innovation categories, make him an invaluable piece of the puzzle when working through bold business objectives and defining briefs that focus on the big-picture.

David is also the proud owner of two French Bulldogs. We constantly expect unsolicited photos of them.

Having been a Creative in both global and independent agencies, and in-house client side creative teams, Yoke’s Creative Director, Ryan, has produced integrated campaigns for brands across education, insurance, real estate, government, FMCG, not-for-profit and retail.

He thrives on crafting ideas that come from meaningful insights – work that a range of different audiences can relate to.

Dedicated to trying as many things as possible, Ryan’s work history reads more like a ‘career rap sheet’, resulting in a deep understanding of different audiences and their motivations.

Having worked at both global and independent agencies, Marah is well versed in managing and delivering client service excellence specialising in digital channels for FMCG brands.

She thrives when tackling challenges and working within dynamic, fast-paced environments whilst driving and developing a team.
Marah prides herself on being end-goal focussed and approaching all aspects of the work at hand with confidence, passion and resolution.

Managing the money and dealing with the digits at Yoke HQ is our invaluable finance manager, Eugene. Raised on a sugar cane farm in Ayr, North Queensland, if you’re looking for this keen sportsman outside of work hours then you’d be best trying the golf course or the soccer pitch. A family man with love for social gatherings, Eugene brings that all-important financial know-how to the business – as well as regular deliveries of delicious homemade dried mango slices.

When it comes to manning the helm of the good ship Yoke, our Office Manager Stefanie is more than up to the task. After studying Communication Design in her native Melbourne, Stef kicked off her career in professional organisation, skilling up on everything you need to know when keeping a business running smooth and looking sharp. Away from the front desk, Stef can be found sourcing the best of Melbourne’s brunch time spots.

As Yoke’s Senior Producer, Michelle has a penchant for critical thinking and problem solving. A tertiary education spanning both Design and Business underpins her logical and intelligent approach to creative process and project management. Perpetually on the lookout for innovative and efficient work practices, Michelle ensures Yoke is always running full steam ahead. Off the clock, she can be found dabbling in portrait illustration while enthralled in a UX, design or literature based podcast.
