Digital Account Manager / Performance Specialist

About the role:

The Digital Account Manager / Performance Specialist is responsible for assisting the Head of Digital Strategy (HDS) in implementing, managing and optimising our performance marketing offering including Search, Social, Programmatic, email marketing and more.

The Digital Account Manager / Performance Specialist will support the HDS and Client Manager in the management of clients. Day-to-day client communication is expected with support from the HDS and Client Manager.

  • Implementation, management and optimisation of performance accounts
  • Reporting, insights and analysis
  • Deliver effective workflow across the business in order to meet deadlines
  • Attend client WIP meetings and develop a working relationship with client contacts
  • Contribute and drive action and deliverables in internal WIP meetings
  • Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners
  • Support the HSD and CM in the management of all required financials and timesheets
  • Contribute to a positive and motivating work environment for the team

About you:

  • 2+ years’ experience in search marketing or digital media
  • Autonomous and self-motivated, however not too proud or intimidated to know when to ask for help
  • Comfortable with main web analytics tools and analysing data to derive insights
  • Competent knowledge across PPC, SEO, email marketing, paid social, programmatic & display
  • Strong experience in AdWords and Facebook/Instagram Ad manager
  • Developing strategic, analytical and creative problem-solving skills
